One of the best deals is the Grand Buffet right off the casino floor, which offers a wide culinary selection of better-than-average buffet food for $25 (with a PAC card) and $30 without. The line-up at the Grand Buffet starts to grow around 7 p.m. so try to slip in before then, especially if you want to score a window table overlooking the American Falls. You can be in and out of the Grand Buffet in less than an hour and get right back to the gaming floor.
If you’re staying overnight and want to take in a show, Fallsview Casino Resort’s Avalon Theatre has some pretty decent shows lined up for 2013. You can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster or at the Fallsview Casino Resort box office.
