The new Market Kitchen at St. Lawrence Market is offering cooking classes in its urban loft-style space including an Executive Chef Series, which features chefs from some of Toronto’s best known restaurants providing culinary demonstrations and techniques. Participants of the series will enjoy a five- or six-course tasting menu, which includes beer or wine. The sessions to date have sold out quickly, but there are two sessions scheduled for September 2011. Each session is $95 per person and includes gratuities.   1. Timothy Palmer, Executive Chef, EPIC Restaurant at the Fairmont Royal York, will share his tips in the kitchen on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. EPIC Restaurant is the Royal York Hotel’s fine dining room located on the lobby level of the hotel.
  2. Peter George, Executive Chef at 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower for more than 16 years, demonstrates his culinary skills on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 6-8 p.m.
