The new Market Kitchen at St. Lawrence Market is offering cooking classes in its urban loft-style space including an Executive Chef Series, which features chefs from some of Toronto’s best known restaurants providing culinary demonstrations and techniques. Participants of the series will enjoy a five- or six-course tasting menu, which includes beer or wine. The sessions to date have sold out quickly, but there are two sessions scheduled for September 2011. Each session is $95 per person and includes gratuities.
