
About 30 minutes north of downtown Toronto, an entertainment mecca is blossoming. The Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, Richmond Hill’s newest entertainment venue, is hosting well-known Canadian and U.S. artists at half the price of downtown Toronto concert halls. The 631-seat Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts opened in February 2009 in the downtown section of Richmond Hill and has been hosting a mix of music, theatre and comedy.
