Are you a fan of CBC’s Battle of the Blades that ushers former NHL stars into the world of figure skating? CBC is selling tickets to the live broadcast of the show on Sunday and Monday evenings. Hosted by Hockey Night in Canada‘s Ron MacLean, this season’s contestants include former NHL-ers Russ Courtnall, Bryan Berard, Boyd Devereaux and Brad May paired with figure skating champions that include David Pelletier, Marie France Dubreuil, Kim Navarro and Anabelle Langlois. Tickets are $12 for the Sunday live performance shows and $8 for the Monday results shows. Tickets for Battle of the Blade shows in October and November 2011 go on sale at Ticketmaster on the following Fridays at noon: Oct. 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2011.
