If you’re a mega Toronto sports fan and love the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC and Toronto Marlies, you’ll have a chance to meet them all in one spot at the 2012 Players Gala at Real Sports Bar on Sun., March 25, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Players from all four Toronto teams that are owned by Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment will be attending this charity event in support of Team Up Foundation, whose mandate is to empower youth through sports and recreation.
Currently, over 80 of Toronto’s elite athletes are planning to attend the 2012 Players Gala including Toronto Maple Leafs’ Dion Phaneuf, Phil Kessel, Jonas Gustavsson, Tyler Bozak, Mike Komisarek, Colby Armstrong, David Steckel and Matthew Lombardi; Toronto Raptors’ Jamaal Magloire, Anthony Carter, Andrea Bargnani and José Calderón; Toronto FC players Ty Harden, Julian De Guzman, Danny Koevermans, Oscar Cordon and Nick Soolsma and Toronto Marlies’ Ben Scrivens, Nicholas Deschamps, Matt Caruana, Tyler Brenner, Ryan Hamilton and Drew Paris.
