Canadian 80s rockers Loverboy will play Casino Rama in Orillia on Sat., March 3, 2012 at 9 p.m. Loverboy, which was formed in Calgary, Alberta, hit the rock charts with songs including “Turn Me Loose,” “Working for the Weekend,” “Hot Girls in Love,” “Queen of the Broken Hearts,” “Lovin’ Every Minute of It,” “Heaven In Your Eyes” and “This Could Be The Night.” The group has won nine Juno awards and has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Recently, Loverboy performed at the awards ceremony of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Tickets for Loverboy’s Casino Rama appearance are $27.60 and $38.90 and go on pre-sale for Player Card holders and Ticketmaster Facebook fans on Tues., Jan. 31, 2012 at noon. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wed., Feb. 1, 2012 at noon.
