Toronto Business Casual (TBC), a 5,000+ member social group catering to busy, young, urban careerists, will hold an Artisan Cheese and Beer Pairing event at the King Street West restaurant and retail shop, CHEESEWERKS, on Thurs., Feb. 23, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This culinary event will include sampling CHEESEWERKS’ scrumptious grilled cheese sandwiches, tasting gourmet Canadian blue cheeses paired with King St. Brewery ales and cider, a vertical tasting cheese seminar and a 10% discount offering on all CHEESEWERKS’ products.
Past TBC events have included sushi classes, equestrian classes, patio parties, midnight feasts, a paddling event and wine and beer tastings. Members come from professional, academic and artistic circles.
Tickets for the Artisan Cheese and Beer Pairing event can be purchased online and are $30 + HST for TBC Members ($35 plus HST after Feb. 20) and $40 plus HST for non-members. (Tickets usually sell out.) Membership to Toronto Business Casual is free.
