All members and coaches of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team will be attending the 17th Annual Jays Care Foundation Charity Golf Classic at Clublinks Bond Head in Bradford West Gwillimbury on Monday, June 4, 2012 before their series in Chicago against the White Sox. Many Toronto Blue Jays alumni will also be in attendance.

More than 80 foursomes have registered for the sold-out event, which costs $6,000 for a foursome and includes breakfast, lunch, a dinner reception, prizes for every team and a silent auction featuring exclusive Blue Jays’ experiences such as trips and memorabilia.

The annual charity golf tournament raises funds for the Jays Care Foundation, whose mandate is to empower children and youth by providing access to programs that support physical activity, education and life-skill development.

The way the Blue Jays are swinging the bats this season, low golf scores are sure to be a “F-O-R-E”gone conclusion at this tournament.
