Canadian songstress Sarah McLachlan will perform at Toronto’s Massey Hall on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 8 p.m. Hip hop artist K’naan will open for McLachlan.

McLachlan has sold over 40 million albums worldwide including her most popular, Surfacing, which spawned the hits “Sweet Surrender,” “I Will Remember You,” “Building a Mystery,” “Angel” and “Adia.” Hits from her 2003 album, Afterglow, include “Fallen,” “World On Fire” and “Stupid.” McLachlan’s more recent album, Laws of Illusion produced “Forgiveness,” “Loving You Is Easy” and “U Want Me 2.”

K’naan, who was born in Somalia and moved to Canada as a teenager, scored big with his hit, “Wavin’ Flag,” which was picked up by Coca-Cola as the anthem for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

Tickets for Sarah McLachlan and K’naan are $59, $79, $95.50 and $149.50.
