Schwarzenneger Appears at Indigo Manulife for Book Signing

Arnold Schwarzenneger will be appearing at Indigo Manulife Centre to sign copies of his autobiography, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story on Thurs., Oct. 4, 2012 at 12 p.m. Wristbands for the book signing are required and will be distributed at 8 a.m. on Thurs., Oct. 4 at Chapters Indigo (Bay St. entrance). The event is a book signing only; no memorabilia will be signed. Further, copies of Total Recall must be purchased at Indigo Manulife Centre on Thurs., Oct. 4 in order to get a wristband.

Schwarzenneger began his career as a body builder and won both Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympic titles. He later turned to acting and received acclaim for his role in Pumping Iron in 1977. Later films including Conan the Barbarian and The Terminator series rocketed him to stardom. Schwarzenneger turned to comedy with success in Twins and Junior, both co-starring Danny DeVito and Kindergarten Cop. Schwarzenneger later turned to politics and was the Governor of California from 2003 to 2011.

Schwarzenneger was married to Maria Shriver, niece of John F. Kennedy, for 25 years before their marriage broke up in 2011 when it was revealed that Schwarzenneger had fathered a child with the family housekeeper.

Schwarzenneger will appear on CBS’s 60 Minutes on Sun., Sept. 30, 2012 at 7 p.m. to discuss his book.
