
The Gladstone Hotel has always been on the cutting edge of Toronto’s arts and cultural scene. The Gladstone’s The Annual contemporary art fair is no exception. The art exhibition showcases the work of local emerging artists including painting, animation, performance, video and art installations and textile pieces.
Artists exhibiting at The Annual include Soon Cho, Thea Jones, Faye Mullen, Mikhail Mansion, Tara Bursey, Jen Spinner, Shlomi Greenspan, Laura Taler, Brady Gunnell, Isabel M. Martinez and Maria Flawia Litwin.

Dock #1 from Isabel M. Martinez’s Quantum Blink series is a limited edition chromogenic colour print, which is available either mounted to a 46″ x 46″ archival board at $1,250 CAD or framed at 46″ x 46″ for $1,900 CAD.

The free opening reception takes place Thurs., Oct. 25 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Fri., Oct. 26, the Designers Support the Arts event takes place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. with guest DJ Katey Morley. Admission is $5. On Sat., Oct. 27 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Zach Pearl presents Raw Foo, video art screenings. Admission is $5.
