While summer is still here, why not act like a tourist in your own city? You can do so by joining the ROM Walks Plus Arts & Entertainment tour on Saturday, August 18, 2013. Presented by the Department of Museum Volunteers at the Royal Ontario Museum, the ROM Walk Plus will take participants on a tour of the Entertainment District where they can learn about the neighbourhood’s rich history and home to many new immigrants.

Participants will also see the area’s theatres, hotels and architecture featuring Toronto’s performing arts, as well as work of Canadian visual artists. You’ll also tour Canada’s Walk of Fame and learn about new stars to be added this year.
