The Queen West Art Crawl appeals for so many reasons. The Outdoor Art Show and Sale is located in Toronto’s coolest park: Trinity Bellwoods in the West Queen West neighbourhood, plus it gives visitors a chance to enjoy the outdoors during the transition from summer to fall. You also be able to see up-and-coming artists showcasing truly talented work. This year, the Queen West Art Crawl takes place from Saturday, September 21 to Sunday, September 22, 2013 and features the Outdoor Art Show and Sale where over 250 vendors will be selling paintings, prints, ceramics, sculpture, glass, jewelry and other handcrafted items. You’ll also enjoy performances on the Entertainment Stage, a Kids Zone and food vendors. Below is work by some of the artists appearing in the Outdoor Sale:

In recent years, the Queen West Art Crawl has expanded to include Walks and Talks about the Queen West neighbourhood. Walks and Talks will be announced shortly and are free to the public.

Another event that is part of the weekend is the Parkdale Nightcrawl, which is an evening devoted to the exploration of innovative art including visual and performing arts. Taking place Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. the Parkdale Nightcrawl allows the public to interact with art via painting, drawing, dancing or singing. Events are to be announced shortly.
