Enjoy a free concert by singer-songwriter Sarah Slean at the Village of Yorkville Park in Toronto on Saturday, November 16, 2013 to open Bloor Yorkville Holiday Magic. Sponsored by the Bloor-Yorkville BIA, the evening, which begins at 5:30 p.m., will also feature the annual lighting of the Christmas tree. Slean’s performance is in support of CANFAR.
Sarah Slean with Strings will be performing songs from her recent album, Land & Sea. The live entertainment will begin with a 15-minute performance by the Rosedale Day School Choir.
You’ll also be able to enjoy free hot apple cider and cookies and glittering storefronts with seasonal decorations.
The Village of Yorkville Park is located at Bay Street and Bloor Street West.
