Want to taste the best of what Canada has to offer? Then you’ll want to visit the Canadian Artisan Tasting Fair on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the Artscape Wychwood Barns. Discover new foods and beverages from select vendors showcasing Canadian artisanal foods. You’ll be able to meet with bakers, craft brewers, cheese makers and charcuterie butchers to find out about their products and sample them for yourself.
Some of the artisans participating in the fair include Upper Canada Cheese Company, Hogtown Brewers, Pig Iron Coffee Roasters, Dough Bakeshop, Fresh Canteen, Kensington Brewing Company, epi breads, Crossroad Farms Sheep Gouda, Monforte, Spirit Tree Estate Cidery, Gourmet Queens, Sweet Flour Bake Shop, Côte de Boeuf and Great Lakes Brewery.
The Canadian Artisanal Tasting Fair takes place on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is a shuttle bus at Christie subway to take you to Artscape Wychwood Barns throughout the day.
Tickets are $35 and include complimentary sampling, $10 in coupons to purchase goods at the fair and an eco-friendly cotton shopping bag.
Artscape Wychwood Barns is located at 601 Christie Street (just south of St. Clair).
