Love books and want to support the Toronto Public Library? You can join Toronto’s elite at the Book Lover’s Ball on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
The 9th annual black tie event allows guests to mingle with 60 of Canada’s top literary artists, with proceeds in support of the Toronto Public Library. Tracy Moore of Cityline will return as host for the evening while Melanie Ng will be the red carpet host.
You’ll enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by celebrated chef Lynn Craword at the celebrity author cocktail reception, followed by a gourmet three course dinner. Entertainment will be inspired by novels by best-selling authors Suzanne Collins, Steven Galloway, Jason Mott and Kamal Al-Solaylee.

The Book Lover’s Ball schedule is as follows:
6 p.m. Celebrity Author Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
7 p.m. Dinner & Live Eye Interviews with Authors
9:30 p.m. Novel-Inspired Entertainment & Auction Closes
10 p.m. After Dark Lounge
