Want to learn how to maintain vibrant health as you age? Then you’ll want to be front and centre at the 37th annual Total Health Show from April 4-6, 2014 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The show will focus on how we can improve our quality of life and live without the chronic problems of old age. With over 60 international speakers, you’ll learn about new discoveries, trends and issues related to diet, whole organic foods, concentrated nutrients, ancient grains and food allergies. Other topics include understanding  medical treatment options, and detoxification methods.

Be sure to sample new products from the more than 200 exhibitors, who will share cutting edge information on natural health. Drop in at the Raw Cafe Oasis for a nutritious snack or stop at the spa oasis.

Some of the guest speakers at the Total Health Show include:

Dr. David Brownstein, who will discuss natural hormones and nutritional therapies for thyroid disorders, which type of salt is good for your health, and why iodine is necessary for optimum health. He has written 11 books including Overcoming Arthritis, Vitamin B12 for Health, Overcoming Thyroid Disorders, The Miracle of Natural Hormones, The Guide to a Gluten-Free Diet, and The Soy Deception.

Bruce Lourie and Rick Smith, authors of Slow Death by Rubber Duck and Toxin Toxout, who will show how our bodies absorb harmful chemicals from air, food and household products, and how we can remove these toxins.

Lorna Vanderhaeghe, M. Sc., who will show how to reverse aging and look and feel great. Lorna Vanderhaeghe has been researching nutritional medicine for over 30 years and is the author of 11 books including A Smart Woman’s Guide to Hormones and A Smart Woman’s Guide to Weight Loss.

Tickets for the Total Health Show are $10 for a Weekend Pass for Exhibit Hall and Health Demo Stages; Lecture Passes are $10 Friday, $20 Saturday and $20 Sunday and $40 for the full weekend, including Main Stage Lecture Theatres. Purchase tickets at the door.
