Are you a Game of Thrones fan? Game of Thrones® The Exhibition, presented by HBO Canada, is a free, five-day, ticket event from May 14–18, 2014 at TIFF Bell Lightbox in Toronto. The exhibition will feature original artifacts from the series and the new Oculus Rift virtual experience entitled “Ascend the Wall.”

The Oculus Rift interactive experience entitled “Ascend the Wall” will allow fans to get inside a replica of the Night’s Watch elevator while using the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset, headphones, and 4D elements. Fans will then be transported to the Northern border of the Seven Kingdoms, offering a glimpse into Westeros.

In addition, visitors will be able to see costumes, crowns, jewellery, props, armour, and weapons from the series, artifacts such as model dragons and eggs; and books, letters, maps, house banners and storyboards.

Fans will also have an opportunity to have their photo taken on the Iron Throne.

Advance tickets are available April 22, 2014 to The Movie Network subscribers, to TIFF Members beginning Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 10 a.m., and to the general public beginning Monday, April 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. at The Movie Network.

Hours of operation are Wednesday, May 14, 2014 to Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The exhibition is recommended for ages 14+. There is a limit of four tickets per person.
