The growing popularity of tea is evidenced by the return of the Toronto Tea Festival, taking place on Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon at the Toronto Reference Library. The popular festival showcases both traditional and modern tea and we’re giving away two tickets to a lucky winner.

You’ll get to speak to more than 30 exhibitors including tea sommeliers, authors, historical fashion experts, musicians and vendors who will share their knowledge of tea culture.
Enjoy complimentary tea tastings and tea foods while witnessing formal tea ceremonies in the Japanese, Chinese and Korean styles. To learn more about tea and tea culture, you can attend seminars by speakers and authors in dedicated rooms at the salon.
Be sure to visit all of the exhibitors to find out about and take home special tea blends, tea-related products and exquisite tea ware by artisans. Listen to tea-inspired music while perusing the exhibits, and watch a fashion show featuring the old Hanfu style clothing.
Guests will receive a limited edition, reusable Toronto Tea Festival bag with a glass tasting cup.
