Torontonicity was invited to attend the Fall 2015 Stephan Caras Runway Presentation, part of World MasterCard Fashion Week, and was I ever excited to attend! From the moment you enter the tent at David Pecaut Square, the buzz and glitz dazzles. The fashion socialites gather to see and be seen. Hardly anyone looks plain here; all the fashionistas are looking so glam.

Caras was recently in the news when Lauren Hammersley looked smashing at the Canadian Screen Awards wearing a Caras gown. Not one to be influenced by design trends, Stephan Caras draws the inspirations for his designs from the feminine sensuality exuded by women.

Opening the show, top model Runway Renee teared up the runway with her voice and her hot looks. She performed from her new EP “Reflections” Up Against the Wind. Sensational!

The evening’s show featured dramatic silhouettes emphasizing shape and silhouette with beautiful fabrics and intricate detailing.

Stephan Caras and co-designer son, Kyriako Caras were inspired by RunwayRenee to create this season’s Fall/Winter collection titled “RUBI”.

We enjoyed the ambience so much that we stayed on for more than an hour after the show. We received samples and skin care tips at the Neostrata booth, free Lash Sensational mascara by Maybelline and enjoyed the free coffee too. But above all, the Caras show was a dream. I’d love to wear those outfits! When blogging pays handsomely, I will.
