Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 10, 2015 and what better way to treat mom than to take her for Afternoon Tea at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto. The landmark Bloor and Bay Street boutique hotel oozes class and sophistication –  just think of unwinding for a few hours with your mom with a cup of fragrant loose leaf tea, dainty sandwiches and fresh scones with Devon Cream! We’re hosting a giveaway of afternoon tea for two on Mother’s Day at the Courtyard Café at the Windsor Arms Hotel (giveaway is now closed).

The Mother’s Day afternoon tea at the Windsor Arms Hotel will take place in the Courtyard Café on Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The afternoon tea is buffet style and will include:

  • A choice of Loose-Leaf Teas
  • Fresh Scones with Preserves and Devon Cream
  • A Presentation of Fresh Sandwiches:
  • Potato Blinis with Smoked Salmon Rosette
  • Pinwheel Egg Salad
  • Vegetarian with Sundried Tomato Paste and Dill Cream Cheese
  • Croque Monsieur
  • Goat Cheese and Caramelized Shallot Tart
  • Petits Fours
  • A tin of loose leaf tea to take home with you.

The Mother’s Day afternoon tea buffet is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.

  41. My favourite tea is English Breakfast, though I love the tea from the Empress Hotel in Victoria which you can also purchase. I wonder if the Windsor Arms makes their own brand of tea? I bet it would be amazing.
