Canada Day falls on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 this year. Okay, not exactly great for those looking forward to a long weekend, but that doesn’t mean we can’t all celebrate our nation’s birthday. There are many Canada Day fireworks displays taking place in the Toronto area on June 30, 2015 and July 1, 2015. Happy Canada Day!

Fireworks at Harbourfront on June 30
Harbourfront Toronto is jumping in front of other Toronto Canada Day fireworks displays by scheduling their event on June 30, 2015. Gather at 235 Queens Quay West at 10:40 p.m. for a 20-minute fireworks display over Lake Ontario.
Fireworks on Canada Day at Mel Lastman Square
Enjoy live music and dance performances, Zero Gravity Circus, face painting at Mel Lastman Square on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reggae artist Jay Douglas and the Allstars will perform at 8 p.m. Salsa group, Toronto Lula All Stars perform at 9:15 p.m. Fireworks begin at 10:15 p.m. and last for 15 minutes. Mel Lastman Square is located at 5100 Yonge Street.and a fireworks show choreographed to music.

Ashbridge’s Bay Fireworks on Canada Day
Head to Toronto’s east end to catch fireworks at Ashbridge’s Bay Park on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Ashbridge’s Bay Park is located at 1675 Lake Shore Blvd. E. at Coxwell Avenue. Parking is available at Ashbridge’s Bay Park. Fireworks begin just after 9:30 p.m.
Canada Day Fireworks at Milliken Park
Fireworks will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Milliken Park at dusk. Milliken Park is located at 5555 Steeles Avenue East at Middlefield Road. Call 416-396-7757 for more information.

Canada’s Wonderland will have fireworks on Canada Day at 10 p.m. Canada’s Wonderland is located at 9580 Jane Street in Vaughan.
