Fall is around the corner and that means fall fairs and food festivals. The Toronto Food & Wine Festival takes place at Evergreen Brick Works from Sept 18–20, 2015 and we’re giving away two tickets to the festival (our giveaway is now closed).

Enjoy food demonstrations, talks and workshops from celebrity chefs including Roger Mooking, Chuck Hughes, Tyler Florence, Gail Simmons, Curtis Stone, Mark McEwan, Antonio Park and others.
You’ll be able to sample gourmet offerings from 130 vendors of premium products, gourmet foods and beverages from Ontario and internationally in the Grand Tasting Pavilion.
Cochon 555 will host an event series at the Toronto Food and Wine Festival allowing guests to taste pork dishes prepared by celebrity chefs including Chuck Hughes, Matty Matheson and others.

Learn new culinary tips from educational workshops hosted by Kevin Kent (Knifewear), Tetsuya “Ted” Iizuka (Soba Canada), and Antonio Park (Park Restaurant), who will share their knowledge on topics including knife skills and soba noodle making.
Watch Taste Canada Cooks the Books, a cooking competition featuring up-and-coming student chefs from schools across Canada. Each student chef will prepare a dish from a well-known Canadian cookbook, with the author present on stage.
