La Vie en Rose has always, in my mind, been a place to go to get fabulous lingerie.
When I attended their 30th anniversary party and the launch of their anniversary collection at their new Toronto Eaton Centre location on August 26, 2015, I was surprised to find that their collection included cozy pajamas and housecoats.
Of course, the collection included their signature bras and panties, updated for a more daring look.
Sticking with two colour schemes (navy blue and black) and (grey and black), and featuring lots of lace, the new anniversary line is gorgeous and classy and I could really see myself wearing the pieces.
There are 15 new styles that are part of the 30th anniversary capsule collection, which is now available in la Vie en Rose stores.
The la Vie en Rose 30th anniversary party was fabulous, with models walking around the room in lingerie and cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres being served.
CEO Francois Roberge spoke to guests and was available to answer questions about the company and the new collection. While many other Canadian retailers are shuttering their doors, la Vie en Rose is going strong with 178 stores in Canada and 95 stores in 17 countries.
If la Vie en Rose was trying to make their guests feel glamorous, they scored big on that account.
Their lingerie is high quality at an amazing price. Pieces were no more than $40, with most ranging around the $30 price point.
I received a complimentary bra and panty in my size from the anniversary collection and I was allowed to shop the collection. Wow, how generous of la Vie en Rose! I chose the long, black nightgown, a pair of pajamas, a short nightgown and another bra and panty set in beige.

Haha finally someone giving Victoria’s Secret a run for their money! I would love to have a shop like this that offered QUALITY lingerie at affordable prices!

Great to see that Victoria’s Secret has some competition. Although, I have always been more of a Frederick’s of Hollywood gal so I would probably gravitate to the more daring stuff. That, or just plain comfy clothes. There are no in betweens for me. Lol.
Ohhhh intimates those are my downfall. I love to shop those and my husband agrees too. It looks like you had a blast. I have never been to Toronto before.
