The holidays have come and gone and it’s time to face the new year. Many of us have resolutions for self-improvement in one form or another. Perhaps you want to become more fit, take up a new hobby or get out and meet new people. Toronto Business Toastmasters Club
Perhaps your New Year’s resolution is to improve your communications skills? Joining Toastmasters will help you in all walks of life since you will learn to communicate your ideas succinctly and clearly. The Toronto Business Toastmasters Club takes place every Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. at The Exchange Tower at 130 King Street West. Their first meeting of the new year is Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Cooking Lessons at the St. Lawrence Market Kitchen

Goddess Fit Camp
Participate in a four week inner and outer transformation at the Goddess Fit Camp at 83 Redpath Avenue (Yonge and Eglinton) in the Yoga Room and Theatre. The complimentary Intro Session on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. includes a 15 minute fitness and nutrition presentation, 30 minute Lean Body HITT and sculpting session, 15 minute Kundalini Yoga and 15 minute Tantra Dance.
Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with the first class beginning on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 6:45 p.m. You will also receive nutritional guidance, recipes for weight management, hormone reset, detox, stress, and digestion, as well as a five-day meal plan.
