In response to your question of
Have you made any health resolutions for 2016?
Yes my health resolutions are to try quit smoking
and to eat healthier and exercise more.
Thank you for having this giveaway.

    • That’s great that you started your New Year’s resolution in 2015! Getting a head start on your goals! Cheers, Lori

    • That’s what they say: keep moving to keep your body healthy! I have to do more of that too! Cheers, Lori

  3. My goal is to graduate from school and do something that excites me. First. I will have to find what that is though:)

    • Yes, el Nino has definitely resulted in many of us getting outside more instead of hibernating during winter! Cheers, Lori

  4. I found out just before Christmas that I have type 1 diabetes. It was a shock but I have 2 girls who I live for, and as a single mother I need to be healthy and do all I can to ensure I am around for a long time for them. I have added granola to my yoghurt and porridge, and carry a packet of this in my car and bag for when I am a little hypogycemic (low). Thank you for the great blog, so happy to have discovered it and will be following for more great tips and articles!

No more junk for my body in 2016, my body is my temple afterall! Love our granola and eat it daily, sometimes twice a day! ‪#‎OnMyPath‬ ‪#‎GranolaForAYear‬

    • Thanks for your positive feedback on my blog! Nice to hear! I am glad to hear that you have found that granola helps you manage your type 1 diabetes. Yes, I’m trying to eliminate junk food for 2016 too! Cheers, Lori

  5. I didn’t really make a resolution, but I just read a phrase that sums up my ideas: “I don’t diet, I just eat according to my goals!”

    • Ahh, that’s a great resolution! I love reading and have to carve out time in my schedule to do it! Cheers, Lori

  6. My resolution is to be grateful for a good life, a loving family and good friends, as well as show my appreciation each day for these wonderful gifts.

  7. My resolution for 2016 related to health is to in general work at healthier eating. The concrete part of that resolution is to start with getting more servings of fruit and vegetables each day.

  8. My resolution is to be healthier by putting on a stone eating healthily and taking more exercise

  9. I have resolved to get healthy, so I went to see a naturopath and had some blood work done; discovered that I have some food allergies and sensitivities which have caused other health problems. So I have pretty much gone “cold turkey” and cut out all the things listed in my sensitivity list out of my diet. It’s made cooking extremely challenging, but I feel better physically and have lost 8 pounds in two weeks.

    • That’s great that you are already feeling better and lost 8 pounds in two weeks!! That’s amazing! Cheers, Lori

  10. I am eating more organic foods and fresh products in 2016 to get healthier and stay that way! 😀

    • Wow, you have a full schedule! I used to work full time while going to school part-time. It can get quite hectic! Cheers, Lori

  11. My Goal is to exercise at least 5 days a week, starting at 15 minutes and working up to an hour, I am only doing very light- moderate exercise

  12. I have chosen to eat better and control my diabetes. I feel so much better when my blood sugar is at a good level.

  13. The resolution I have made for 2016 is to find balance. I have found this to be a wonderful way to not only focus on things like eating healthy and maintaining an active lifestyle, but to also remember the importance of the other aspects of life that are beneficial for my overall wellness. Balancing work with a personal life and ensuring adequate quality time spent with the friends that bring out the best in me, and family members, especially the ones who wont be around forever. I hope to make 2016 a year to find and set my life’s balance, to be the best possible version of my self.

  14. Great SCout, resolution to eat , eat more & healthier to heal, get well & be healthy again. Natural path will help. . Wow, prize pack is fab. & splendid. 2 fingers snap. It is tight, fly & off the chain. Thank you for the awesomeness, the contest, and generosity. 🙂 Pick me, pick me!

  17. I have been working on drinking more water. I can get through half the day before realizing that I have started to dehydrate. Not good.

  18. Have just moved to Canada, my goal is to make the most of being here with my family. Keeping everyone eating well and healthy is a big part of that.

  20. My new years resolution is to be aware of what I am putting into my body. I decided that I am going to dedicate myself and my partner to eat healthy by going meat free on weekdays. Plus I workout for an hour/day.

  21. No, I don’t do New years Resolutions. Too much pressure. However, I am reducing gluten currently to see if it helps with some symptoms.

  22. I am trying to cut back on cheese, only because I have grown intolerant to it!! I get hives eating cheese. Cheese is probably my favourite thing to eat, so I am having a difficult time right now…
