Gaiam Reversible Yoga Mats, $39.99

Gaiam Reversible Yoga Mats, which are 5 mm, offer extra cushioning, which is great for people who have wrist, knee or ankle problems…me! I love the fact that this yoga mat has reversible sides: The Reversible Yoga Mat in Elephant (pictured above) features an elephant design against a vibrant orange background on one side and an elephant against a turquoise background on the other. The mat also has a non-slip surface to keep you steady during yoga poses. It did not slip for me while I went through a few yoga poses. The Reversible Yoga Mat is made of PVC, but does not include DEHP, DBP, DNHP, BBP, DIDP and DINP.

Gaiam Yoga Mat Bags, $32.99

This fashionable and functional 100% cotton bag features a roomy design that fits most mat sizes. The sizable front pocket can carry all your yoga class essentials, and the MP3 player pocket has an ear phone slit for accessibility. The Yoga Mat Bags come in two colour options, a fun hot pink with flower burst design and a camouflage print. There is an adjustable strap for a customized fit.

  1. Yes, a specially modified version for people with Multiple Sclerosis 🙂 very beneficial 🙂 Thanks for this opportunity to win

  2. I do yoga exercises but years ago I was really into it. I would like to practice yoga again and if I was lucky enough to win this awesome prize pack I know I would finf my inspiration.

  3. I started yoga classes in the late summer – trying out different styles – and have settled on Iyengar. This style fits with what I had always imagined yoga to be. I’m in my mid-fifties now; fairly fit, but don’t do stretching on my own. I am loving all aspects of this practice!

  4. I haven’t yet tried yoga, but signed up for a class in a few weeks at my gym. Want to try it out because I hear so many great things about yoga.

  5. I tried yoga years ago, and it was harder than I thought it would be! But I’d like to get into it again, as now there are so many types to explore.

  6. I have been trying to get into Yoga for awhile now, I began it a number of years ago then graduated from university and could no longer go for free. Being a broke post grad I haven’t had the funds to be able to enroll in a class since. I would love to get some gear to help alleviate some of the cost of getting back into it!

  7. I am very interested in the grip socks. I am prone to falls and I think these might be very helpful to me.

  8. Yoga has helped me to recover from major surgery. BEAUTIFUL mats and socks. thank you for introducing me to this line, I am sending the link to my teen daughter as well.

  9. I’ve recently started practicing yoga to help me deal with university stress! Absolutely love the reversible matt!

  10. I love Yoga – I really got into it doing some ‘body flow’ beginner type yoga classes at goodlife – that helped me to get confident

  11. My daughter got me into Yoga when she started doing YogArt classes as a toddler… now I try to do it as much as possible.

  12. I have been told by my therapist that I should do yoga because of my anxiety. I am just so scared of trying it

  13. I’m a newbie to yoga, so far I only practice privately. But a new studio opened up a few blocks away so I’m looking forward to working up the nerve to yoga in public. lol

  14. I tried a few years ago through some Rodney Yee DVDs, but my cheapo mat my dad gave to me from a company contest kept flipping up and was plain uncomfortable to yoga on. I heard Gaiam makes some of the best yoga mats out there, so winning this could help me get back on track and maybe this time, I’ll actually get past that mountain pose chapter on the DVD. 🙂

  15. I do not practise yoga regularly but I do want to join a class so that I can get into yoga and have a routine for doing yoga.

  16. Yes! I currently practice at Wynn fitness near my house ! I love the way it makes me feel 🙂 currently trying to get my boyfriend to join me! We’ll see haha

  17. First of all, thanks for this cool giveaway! Second, my wife would absolutely freak out if we won this prize. Her Yoga mat definitely needs replacement!

  18. I would love to start doing yoga again! Would make for a great start to 2016 – plus how cute is this prize! 🙂

stretch & unwind from the day. I sleep better at night when I do. I love this gorgeous yoga mat. Thanks for the chance to win!

  20. yes but not has much as i should ..I suffer from arthritis and this yoga mat would help be kneeling down . Thanks for the chance

  21. I do the combo that Melodee Morita posted in her YouTube video as a certified practitioner and pro ballet dancer. I do them to wind down after my workout, especially the child pose and downward facing dog, which I also use at night after self-massage to relax if I can’t fall asleep right away. My current mat from Shoppers is already ripped with duct tape as I use it when I do my circuit, that’s why I’d like to get a brand new Gaiam mat, which I’d love to post afterwards if I win.

  22. i only practice in a very mild way. some of the meditative stuff and mild poses. when i am healthier i will want to indulge more

  23. i practice yoga on a daily basis , i used to have terrible anxiety, it has helped me out more than i ever expected
