Toronto is a vibrant city in the summer, in part due to the number of summer concerts in Toronto. Venues such as Air Canada Centre and the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre attract top artists while Fort York and Garrison Commons and Woodbine Park host annual music festivals. Bestival 2016
Taking place at Woodbine Park, Bestival 2016 will take place June 11-12, 2016 and feature Tame Impala, Odesza, Jamie XX, Porter Robinson, Madeon, Maya Jane Coles, Art Department, Joris Voorn, Malaa, Gaiser, Swim Dap and others on the Saturday, June 11, 2016 lineup and The Cure, Grimes, Daughter, Tchami, Dubfire, The Wombats, Thomas Jack, Classixx, Lee Foss, Catz ‘N Dogz, Tom Trago, Unlike Pluto, Rusher and others on the Sunday, June 12, 2016 playbill. Outside food and drink not permitted. Food and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with cash, no credit cards.

Wayhome Festival
Just north of Toronto in Oro-Medonte is the location of the second annual Wayhome Festival, which takes place July 22, 23, 24, 2016. Musical artists appearing throughout the festival include LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire, The Killers, Major Lazer, Haim, Metric, Ray Lamontagne, Arkells, Beirut, Shad, Bahamas, Badbadnotgood, Chvrches, Keys N Krates, A Tribe Called Red, Half Moon Run, The Struts, Savages, Oh Wonder, Patrick Watson, Vince Staples, Wolf Parade, The Struts, Marian Hill, Third Eye Blind, Lucius and others. Tier 3 tickets are $249.99 and Tier 4 tickets are $279.99. A VIP Full Event Pass is $599.99. Tent camping for up to 6 people is $129.99 per campsite for the entire event. All persons camping must have a General Admission or VIP Full Event ticket. Outside food or drink is not allowed in the entertainment area and Main Area.
