I’m doing well — I’m exercising more regularly and eating well!
Doing pretty good, keeping up with my workouts.
I am doing not oo badly with it. I have cut out most of the processed foods in my diet.
I could use some help getting my diet in check! This win would be great!
I am doing great with my health goals.
I have been drinking more water each day and walking my dog. I’m really pleased with my progress.

I haven’t implemented any aggressive health goals yet 🙂 I always use January to reflect and slow down and prefer to rev things up in February

So far I am doing really good and have made some changes to my diet and have been exercising more often.I have also been out walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day and it has made a big difference in my energy levels and breathing.It’s all good!!

I should be trying to do better, but we bake a lot at Christmas to give away as baskets, and it seems that I have made it my mission to finish all the baking before starting my resolutions. late night snacking is by far the worst thing I do. These would help for sure!

I’m doing well with the quitting smoking and the regular exercise but my diet is poor
Didn’t make too many resolutions, but I’m trying to walk more & eat more healthy foods.
My 2017 goal is to tone my body with exercise, drink more water and eat less sugar.
Poorly. I did well until a couple of days ago… gained 3 lbs in 1 week..not good.

I am doing okay with my health goals – to stay healthy during pregnancy. Next month after baby comes I will start working towards getting my post-baby-body back, that’s where the real challenge will be!

Haven’t started my resolutions yet..perhaps Mon.
I’m not doing as well as I want to be. I’ve been depressed lately and very unmotivated to do anything (workout, study, cook). I have been making it to the gym about 3 times a week but my goal is to go at least 5times a week. It’s just a matter of not feeling sorry for myself and getting myself into gear. I know I can do it!
I’m happy to say that it is going well. I have definitely been more committed to my workouts.
My health goals are getting there. I will do better I will.
