Wholefood Blend is a mix of flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed, buckwheat groat, oat bran, dates, and cinnamon. There is no added sugar or artificial colours or preservatives. The product is vegan, non-GMO and USDA Certified Organic. It comes in four different flavours: Cranberry, Coconut, Goji Berry and Fig Cacao.

Wholefood Blend is an easy way to add Omega 3 & 6, antioxidants, fiber and protein to your meals. I added a teaspoon of Wholefood Blend to my yogourt and it was delicious. The nut and seed texture provided a great contrast with the creamy yogourt.

  2. I’m doing good. I love to run so I run a lot, even in the cold, winter months. I love salads so I’ve got that going for me too. LOL!

  3. I am doing well so far, going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating healthy. But its just January, the harder thing is to keep going all year, but I try! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. So far, so good. I have been swimming regularly and snowshoeing when the weather permits. Working on improving my diet, too.

  5. I haven’t implemented any aggressive health goals yet ๐Ÿ™‚ I always use January to reflect and slow down and prefer to rev things up in February

  6. I’ve been on track. I already work out and follow a very clean diet, so I didn’t make any new year’s resolutions to lose weight or anything.

  7. So far, so good. I’m trying to eat healthier and drink more water but on a fixed income, it is taking some work and creativity.

  8. My health goals are being met in this new year. Resting and getting a good night’s sleep is an important part of being healthy which is why I’m working on that too.

  9. So far I am doing really good and have made some changes to my diet and have been exercising more often.I have also been out walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day and it has made a big difference in my energy levels and breathing.It’s all good!!

  10. I’m doing pretty good so far. Had a few bad days eating wise this month but just have to learn to start fresh the next day and not dwell on it.

  12. I am doing moderately well on my 2017 health goals/resolutions: not excellent, but not horrible either.

  13. I’m doing great most especially I am eating for 2. I am trying my very best to be in the best shape of my life as I am expecting my first child. Double motivation for trying to be healthy for 2 ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. I should be trying to do better, but we bake a lot at Christmas to give away as baskets, and it seems that I have made it my mission to finish all the baking before starting my resolutions. late night snacking is by far the worst thing I do. These would help for sure!

  15. I’ve been doing pretty good – eating better and remembering to take my vitamins. Of course a few slip ups can be forgiven!

  16. I have my good days, then have bad days. I’ve had a terrible cough & asthma, so breathing issues for the last 2.5 weeks and can’t exercise.

  17. I am doing okay with my health goals – to stay healthy during pregnancy. Next month after baby comes I will start working towards getting my post-baby-body back, that’s where the real challenge will be!

  18. I’m not doing as well as I want to be. I’ve been depressed lately and very unmotivated to do anything (workout, study, cook). I have been making it to the gym about 3 times a week but my goal is to go at least 5times a week. It’s just a matter of not feeling sorry for myself and getting myself into gear. I know I can do it!

  19. I am sticking to my healthy goals this 2017. Cutting back on calories daily has proven some weight loss. I am trying to add more fibre and this contest win would be amazing!

  20. I’m not doing too well in terms of eating healthily for the new year….just had pizza….so good though!

  21. I didn’t really make any major resolutions this year, but I continue to focus on healthy eating and staying active ๐Ÿ™‚ I am also trying to be more mindful by practicing yoga and meditation.
