Remembrance Day in Canada is on Saturday, November 11, 2017, but the holiday will be observed by the provincial and municipal governments on Monday, November 13, 2017. It’s so important to take a moment to honour all of the current and past armed forces who have served our country. Remembrance Day is not a statutory holiday in Ontario. My cataract surgery at Michael Garron Hospital was cancelled because “the hospital is closed for Remembrance Day”. ???

My TD Bank Morningside branch is closed three days for Remembrance day!!! Closed November 11,November 12,and Monday November 13! They are usually open on weekends.
