Once you’ve had a chance to sample some wine and spirits, be sure to sit in on some sessions hosted by Ontario chefs, who will share their knowledge. Sessions are first-come, first serve and guests who attend will be given sample dishes to taste.
Guests will have the opportunity to make unique drinks during Cocktail Class. These sessions will be taught by celebrity bartenders, including Food Channel host Kevin Brauch. Each Cocktail Class is unique and will feature different drinks including Perfect Caesars, Cherry Bomb, Hibiscus Margarita, Frosted Shakes and When The Saints. Sessions will include sample tastings of all cocktail creations. Be sure to share your photos on social media.
If you need a break between sampling, check out the interactive art installations created by local artists situated throughout the festival.
