Every successful business person knows that building relationships with your customers is key to creating a business that will last for the long term. One of the most effective ways to do this is via monthly email newsletters. Do you send an email newsletter to your customers?
I have a newsletter that is linked to my blog; however, I have to admit that I don’t send out my email newsletter as often as I should. I always send out my newsletter when I am hosting giveaways on my blog to make sure my subscribers are aware and have a chance to enter. But I’m not consistent. I suppose part of me fears that if I contact my newsletter subscribers too frequently, they will unsubscribe from my newsletter. Nevertheless, the experts say that email newsletters should be sent out on a regular basis to provide consistency and to update your customers on the latest news, whether that be a sale or new products or services being offered from your business. If you currently send out email newsletters or are thinking of doing so, please read the following infographic from Campaign Monitor on 10 Email Marketing Do’s & Don’ts.
