Winter in Toronto can be one long hibernation until spring…if you let it. But with Tourism Toronto’s new Toronto Spotlight Program, the experience of surviving winter doesn’t have to be so gloomy, isolated…and expensive! Toronto Spotlight Weekends will feature 2-for-1 access and special offers for over 25 of the city’s museums, attractions, tours, theatre and live performances. Spotlight Weekends will take place in January, February and March 2020. So you have no excuse this winter – it’s time to get out and enjoy Toronto’s attractions, dining, and arts & culture scene at an affordable cost.

There are many great Toronto attractions participating in the Toronto Spotlight Program. One of my favourites is Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. If you’ve never visited Ripley’s Aquarium, please take the opportunity to do so now as it is an exceptional aquarium and the only Ripley’s Aquarium in Canada. You can read about my visit to Ripley’s Aquarium here. I’m also glad to see that the CN Tower is participating in Toronto Spotlight. I had the chance to go up the CN Tower and have lunch at the revolving 360 Restaurant last year. It was one of my highlights of the summer. Other great attractions you can visit for 2-for-1 during Toronto Spotlight include Toronto Zoo, Canadian Stage, Canadian Opera Company, Casa Loma, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Crow’s Theatre, Fort York, Go Tours, Second City, Steam Whistle Brewing, Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre, Tasty Tours, Culinary Adventure Co., Medieval Times, Soulpepper Theatre, Aga Khan Museum, The Escape Manor and more. Spotlight offers are listed on See Toronto Now.
