Summer is not summer without enjoying some sweet Ontario strawberries in a delicious strawberry shortcake, strawberry smoothie, on top of ice cream or simply on their own. I even add them to spinach salads! Freshly picked Ontario strawberries are so much superior to the imported strawberries available at the grocery store. Pick-your-own strawberries are also cheaper than buying already-picked strawberries.
