Book giveaway to celebrate The Word on the Street 2023 book festival in Toronto.

If you love reading like I do, listen up! The Word on the Street 2023 returns to Queen’s Park in Toronto on Saturday, May 27, 2023 and Sunday, May 28, 2023. Discover new books, listen to author presentations and sit in on panel discussions at this beloved outdoor book festival.

Being a lifelong reader inspired me to pursue an English degree at U of T. Reading is an activity that helps you gain an understanding of other people and cultures, improves your language skills while also being entertaining. Reading packs a punch of rewards!

The annual outdoor book festival features a number of ways to interact with authors, publishers and books including the following:

    • Festival Mainstage features bestselling authors, book debuts, and panels on some of the hottest topics in contemporary life
    • Vibrant Voices of Ontario highlights the local talent of Ontario-based authors and publishers
    • KidStreet presents the best of contemporary children’s literature in family-friendly activities
    • Twist Endings investigates tales by top mystery and thriller writers (Saturday only)
    • Love & Letters celebrates the most beloved romance authors and publishers (Saturday only)
