Q Tower is a new Toronto condo being developed at 200 Queen Quay West and I was invited to attend the launch party at Real Sports Bar on October 12, 2023. The 60-storey skyscraper is being developed by Lifetime Developments and DiamondCorp with Wallman Architects as the architect. Q Tower will be located to the south of the CN Tower and Roundhouse Park.

Upon arriving at Real Sports Bar, we were lead to the VIP room and treated to complimentary drinks and delicious offerings including Jumbo shrimp, beef sliders, falafel, Arancini balls, and a selection of sandwiches while a DJ spun some addictive beats.

Studios, which are 361 square feet, will start at $599,900 while the largest three bedrooms units are 825 square feet and will start at $1,399,900. Parking is available for suites 700 square feet and larger at a cost of $129,000. Lockers are $7,500 and available on a first come, first served basis. Estimated occupancy is 2029.
