Where Dark Things Dwell at Black Creek Pioneer Village 2024
Bring your family or friends to participate in Toronto’s largest escape room at Black Creek Pioneer Village, presented by Secret City Adventures. You will solve puzzles to help free the Black Creek villagers from a strange curse!
Where Dark Things Dwell takes place in September, October and November 2024 at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Tickets are 5 p.m. – $28.84; 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. – $40.17; and 9 p.m. – $50.74. Purchase tickets online. Paid parking is available at Black Creek Pioneer Village. Black Creek Pioneer Village is located at 1000 Murray Ross Parkway.
Halloween Haunt at Canada’s Wonderland 2024
One of the most popular Halloween events in Toronto 2024 is Halloween Haunt at Canada’s Wonderland. Taking place on select nights from September 27, 2024 to November 2, 2024, Halloween Haunt is the ultimate scream park with thrilling and chilling Halloween attractions.
Navigate through five scare zones, and enjoy live entertainment including the return of the Day of the Dead Festival. Guests can explore eight mazes including a new, soon-to-be-announced, spine-tingling maze for 2024! You will also encounter roaming monsters throughout the park and enjoy some of your favourite rides.
This event is not recommended for children under 13. Guests will not be permitted into Halloween Haunt if wearing make-up or costumes. Guests must arrive to Haunt prior to 11 p.m. (10 p.m. on Thursdays). No entry will be permitted after this time. Re-entry to Haunt is not permitted at any time.

Tales of the Grotesque at Campbell House Museum 2024
The works of Edgar Allan Poe are told in this haunting adaptation, Tales of the Grotesque, at Campbell House Museum from October 16 to November 2, 2024. from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This must-see Toronto Halloween event features new twists on Poe’s familiar tales, as visitors embark on a journey of the macabre House of Usher.
Tales of the Grotesque at Campbell House Museum is an immersive theatre experience based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe with adaptation by Brandon White and musical direction by Shannon Mills.
Show hours are from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Run time is approximately 2 hours.
Tickets are $38-$50 and can be purchased online.
Legends of Horror at Casa Loma 2024
Legends of Horrors returns to the grounds of Casa Loma in fall 2024 where the castle grounds will once again be transformed into an immersive theatrical experience. The “promenade theatre” experience will feature theatrically designed sets with ghostly and ghastly characters. Walk at your own pace from one set to the next along a two kilometre trail located in the lower gardens and castle tunnels. One of the highlights of the production is the 3D projection on to the castle wall. Tour takes over one hour to complete.
Family Hours (no actors) are from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. from October 18 to November 2, 2024. Tickets are $45 online; $50 onsite.
Standard Hours (7 p.m. to late) are from October 3-17, 2024; $45 online; $50 onsite; and from October 18 to November 2, 2024. Tickets are $55 online; $60 onsite.
VIP Experience (valid for 2 people) includes line by-pass, vouchers for two drinks and two food items (1 each per person) is $150 from October 3-17, 2024; and $200 from October 18 to November 2, 2024. Purchase tickets online.

Ghosts of the Village at Black Creek Pioneer Village 2024
Participate in a ghost tour at Black Creek Pioneer Village, hosted by The Haunted Walk, in September and October 2024. Explore haunted, historic buildings in the Village while learning about the supernatural occurrences that previous visitors and Haunted Walk tour guides have experienced. This Toronto ghost tour will definitely put you in the Halloween mood!
Ghost of the Village Tour takes place September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 29 and October 4-6, 11-13, 17-27 and 29-31, 2024.

Spirits of The Distillery District Ghost Tour 2024
Take a ghost tour in Toronto’s Distillery District along the cobblestone streets and learn about the haunted activities and paranormal events of the historic area. Explore the alleyways and hidden corners of the Distillery where spirits are said to dwell.
Spirits of The Distillery District Ghost Tour is 75 minutes and takes place from Sept. 2-30, Oct. 1-31, and Nov. 1-9, 2024 beginning at 8 p.m. Meet inside the front gates of the Distillery District at 55 Mill Street.
The cost of the ghost tour is Adults $29.99; Youth (up to age 14) $21.99. Save $5 on tours from Monday to Wednesday. Book online.
Screemers 2024
Screemers returns to Vaughan for its third year. This popular Halloween event includes seven haunted walk-through mazes with over 120 walk around ghouls (live actors), as well as unlimited rides on the Midway of Madness. Food is available for purchase at the food truck eatery area.
Screemers takes place at 80 Interchange Way, Vaughan (across the street from Vaughan Metro Subway Station) from October 11-13, October 18-20, and October 22 – November 1, 2024.
General admission tickets are $44.95 plus HST from Friday to Sunday and on Halloween. General admission tickets are $49.95 plus HST from October 25-27, 2024. General admission tickets are $39.95 plus HST from Monday-Thursday; Fast Pass for all of the above dates is an additional $20 plus HST.

Halloween Nights of Lights and Pumpkinville 2024 at Sherway Gardens
Take the family to enjoy Halloween Nights of Lights and Pumpkinville on select dates from September 28, 2024 to October 31, 2024 at Sherway Gardens. Take an immersive walk along this Halloween trail with 1.5 million LED and RGB lights accompanied by Halloween tunes. At the end of the trail, enter Pumpkinville where you’ll see pumpkin sculptures and a village. Also includes amusement rides and games, inflatables, food trucks, licensed bars, and photo ops. Dog-friendly dates are available.
Halloween Nights of Lights hours are Weekdays 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Weekends 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.
