Great Backyard Bird Count in High Park

Looking for Toronto events on Family Day Weekend that are nature-themed? Bring friends and family for one of the Great Backyard Bird Count sessions at High Park on Family Day Weekend – February 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2026 at 10 a.m. On this community science birding event, you’ll walk through High Park identifying, learning about and counting the birds you spot. These observations help scientists better understand global bird populations before one of their annual migrations.

The data collected will be submitted to eBird. This is a beginner and family friendly birding event.
