Dream in High Park 2026
Enjoy Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night under the skies at Canadian Stage’s Dream in High Park 2026. The performance is outdoors at High Park Amphitheatre and begins on Sunday, July 12, 2026 and runs until Sunday, September 6, 2026. Performances are Sundays at 7 p.m.; and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. Tickets are Adults $35; and Child (16 and under) $20 and can be purchased online. Highly subsidized rush tickets for $20 for performances of Twelfth Night are available 30 minutes before the performance begins at the Amphitheatre gate. Dog Night is Wednesday, July 29, 2026 when you can bring your people-friendly dog to watch the play. Dogs must remain leashed. High Park is located at 1873 Bloor Street West.

Booklovers will want to check out The Word On The Street 2026, the popular Toronto outdoor book festival taking place September 26-27, 2026 at David Pecaut Square. Listen to Canadian authors discuss their latest releases, bring the kids to see children’s authors at the Kids’ Stage, listen to authors speak about YA horror, psychological thrillers, fall mysteries, and spicy romance. The CNE 2026 returns from August 21, 2026 to September 7, 2026. Highlights for this year include concerts (free with admission) at Bell SOUNDSTAGE at the Bandshell featuring Lights; Shaggy; The Trews; Tom Cochrane; Silverstein; and Lupe Fiasco.
Other popular events include SuperDogs; Classic Championship Wrestling; Ice Skating & Aerobic Show; Casino; Gaming Garage; Garden Show; CNE Rising Star Talent Competition; Cat Show; Kids’ World; HorseCapades; the Food Building; Midway; games; and the ever popular Air Show. This will be the last time for several years that you’ll get to see the Canadian Forces Snowbirds perform since they have to retire their fleet.
