The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair returns to Exhibition Place in Toronto November 7 to 16, 2014 and we’re giving away five pairs of tickets to the fair (see details below). Royal Wood will be performing on the opening day of the fair.
The Royal Horse Show
One of the highlights of the fair is the Royal Horse Show, which features equestrian competitions. The major competitions at the Royal include the International Show Jumpers from November 11-14, 2014; the Hickstead FEI World Cup; and the Canadian championships for Hunters. Tickets for the Royal Horse Show must be purchased separately and include admission to the fair.

Other exciting events at the Royal include agriculture competitions, butter sculptures, prize giant vegetables, maple syrup and cheese.
Food at the Royal
If food is your thing, you may want to check out chefs competing on the Food and Lifestyle Stage in the Road to the Royal Chef Challenge. You’ll be able to enjoy a meal or a drink at several pop-up restaurants and bars at the Royal Agricultural Fair including the Royal Terrace, which offers ringside dining, the Hitching Ring Bar and the Bull Pen Pub.
Children’s Events at the Royal
There are a lot of activities for children at the Royal including the President’s Choice Animal Theatre, where working animals will showcase their skills such as sheep herding and rabbit jumping. The animals will be joined by the President’s Choice Superdogs, who will be performing their tricks. Other children’s events include the Pizza Pizza Petting Farm where children will be able to pet and feed llamas, baby goats and mini donkeys.
General admission tickets to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair are Adult (18+) $20; Senior (65+) $17, Youth (4-17) $14.50. Family Pass (2 adults + 2 youth) $48.
